Your Role

As a Senior Unity Developer, you’ll play a key role in building, optimizing, and scaling our next-gen titles across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with designers and artists to turn innovative gameplay concepts into smooth, performant, and fun player experiences.

You will:

• Develop 3D physics-based gameplay systems in Unity (or Unreal)
• Work on multiplayer logic, ragdoll physics, and real-time synchronization
• Optimize games for WebGL, mobile, and desktop platforms
• Implement platform integrations (CrazyGames, Poki, Yandex Games, GameMonetize, etc.)
• Support Steam, mobile, and web build pipelines including asset and QA processes
• Share tools, systems, and code across projects to improve production efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Unity (or Unreal)
• Strong understanding of 3D physics, animation blending, and collisions
• Proven experience with WebGL export and performance optimization
• Experience with multiplayer frameworks (Photon, Mirror, etc.)
• Fluent in English (reading and writing)
• Strong teamwork and ownership mindset — comfortable working remotely

Nice to Have

• Shipped multiplayer or cross-platform games (Steam / Mobile / Web)
• Experience with URP, Shader Graph, VFX Graph
• Familiarity with mobile and browser performance optimization
• Passion for fun, technically polished games
